1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 567j ("567j", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 567j website at 567j.best and all associated services, games, betting products, and features offered on the platform.

By creating a 567j account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the 567j platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all 567j players in the Philippines and form the complete agreement between you and 567j regarding your use of the platform.

567j reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, 567j will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, 567j will also notify active players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the 567j platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words have the specific meanings set out below:

3Eligibility

To open and use a 567j account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for as long as you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players aged 18 to 20 may be eligible depending on applicable law — however, 567j applies a minimum age of 21 as its default standard for all Philippine players.
• You must be a legal resident of, or legally present in, the Philippines at the time of use.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 567j or any company affiliated with 567j, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from the 567j platform for any reason, including self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or exclusion by 567j.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

4Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one 567j account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information 567j requires for registration or KYC purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 567j login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 567j immediately at support@567j.best. 567j will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the player.

5Deposits

The minimum deposit at 567j is ₱100. 567j accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — whether belonging to a family member, friend, or any other person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

567j does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network may apply their own transaction fees — check with your payment provider for details. 567j is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

Deposits are credited to your 567j wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. For GCash and Maya, this is typically instant. For bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet, processing may take up to one banking business day depending on your bank. If a deposit has not appeared in your wallet within 24 hours, contact 567j support with your transaction reference number.

6Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at 567j is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 567j may request that you complete KYC identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.

Standard GCash and Maya withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for accounts with completed KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one banking business day. 567j VIP tier members (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) receive priority withdrawal processing, typically within 10 minutes for GCash and Maya.

567j reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until documentation is received.

7Bonuses and Promotions

567j offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each 567j promotion has its own specific terms published on the Promotions page, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific promotion terms supplement and, where they conflict, take precedence over these general Terms.

General bonus terms that apply across all 567j promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Wagering requirement: Unless specified otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times stated in the promotion details before they can be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game types (for example, Baccarat tie bets) may contribute less than 100% toward the requirement — this will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Only one active bonus may be held per 567j account at any time unless the promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically.
• Real money first: When a player holds both real money and bonus funds, real money is wagered first by default unless 567j specifies otherwise for a specific promotion.
• No bonus abuse: 567j reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms is detected.

567j reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds not yet wagered will be removed from affected accounts and any real money deposited in connection with the promotion will be retained.

8Game Rules and Betting Standards

Each game and betting product on the 567j platform — Tongits, Baccarat, Live Bingo, Virtual Sports, PBA Betting, and NBA Betting — is governed by its specific game rules available within the respective section of the 567j platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before participating.

All 567j game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators or, in the case of sports betting, by official match results from recognised sports authorities. 567j does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

In the event of a genuine technical fault, network disconnection, or platform error that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, 567j reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the player's wallet. The decision of 567j in such cases is final, though players may raise a formal dispute through the support team.

For sports betting, all markets are settled based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body — PBA for Philippine basketball, NBA for North American basketball. 567j is not responsible for differences between official results and results published by unofficial sources.

9Responsible Gaming

567j is committed to responsible gaming and provides all players with free access to the following tools at any time from their account settings, with no approval process or waiting period required:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Session time limits — receive a notification after a specified number of consecutive hours on the platform
• Reality checks — automatic on-screen reminders of time spent and net win/loss during a session
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the 567j platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 567j platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and where appropriate, account closure with forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings:

• Registering more than one account per person (multi-accounting)
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the 567j platform in any way
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or vulnerability to gain an advantage — any such advantage is considered void and winnings generated through it will be forfeited
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms (collusion or bonus abuse)
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been reported as fraudulent
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited

567j uses automated and manual monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 567j reserves the right to close the account, retain any funds that represent proceeds of prohibited activity, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable Philippine law.

11Privacy and Data Protection

567j handles all player personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The types of data 567j collects, how it is used, how it is protected, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject are set out in detail in the 567j Privacy Policy.

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the 567j Privacy Policy. Key points include: 567j does not sell personal data to third parties; data is stored on encrypted servers; players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data subject to legal retention requirements; and 567j uses third-party payment processors and game providers who may receive limited personal data necessary for transaction processing.

12Account Suspension and Closure

567j reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where urgency requires it:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity
• Use of the account by any person other than the registered account holder
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming limit request by the account holder
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so

In the event of account closure where the player is not at fault — for example, if the player voluntarily closes their account — any real money balance remaining in the 567j wallet will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days. Any bonus funds or winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be refunded upon closure.

13Limitation of Liability

567j provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 567j makes all reasonable efforts to maintain continuous, error-free service, 567j does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 567j's total liability to any player arising from these Terms or the use of the platform is limited to the total real money deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 567j is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or winnings, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 567j's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the 567j platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of a dispute between you and 567j, the parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines competent to hear matters relating to online gaming and consumer protection.

For disputes relating to betting settlements or game outcomes, 567j's decision after a formal investigation by the 567j disputes team is final, subject to any rights of review under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players wishing to escalate a formal dispute should write to support@567j.best with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and include their account number, the relevant transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue.
